Answer: Opalescence syringes have an expiration date stamped on the side of the syringe consisting of one letter and three numbers. The letter is a lot number used for manufacturing purposes and the three numbers are the expiration date.
Should Opalescence be refrigerated?
Product must be kept refrigerated. Before using, allow product to warm to room temperature, this will make it easier for the tray to adhere to the teeth.

Using a soft-bristle toothbrush, brush your teeth with Opalescence PF Toothpaste, a desensitizing toothpaste, for 2 weeks. Continue to brush with Opalescence PF Toothpaste (desensitizing toothpaste), but brush 30 minutes before you insert your tray, and wait 30 minutes after whitening to brush again.
