Jibe was one of the worst career decisions I have made. As an employee I worked countless hours, and dedicated myself to my job and the company. Too many of the leaders were clueless and did not appreciate their employees. We were put in situations where we had to lie to the clients about products that were over sold.

A jibe (US) or gybe (Britain) is a sailing maneuver whereby a sailing vessel reaching downwind turns its stern through the wind, which then exerts its force from the opposite side of the vessel. For square-rigged ships, this maneuver is called wearing ship.
