The Response… Taylor, as we previously said, released the ES2 with the revamped 800 series in early 2014. The response was instantly and overwhelmingly positive.

How do you adjust Taylor ES2 pickups?

1) Plug the guitar in and turn the volume up. 2) While plucking sets of two strings at a time, turn the adjustment screw associated with those strings (E/A – D/G – B/E) one turn coun- terclockwise until the sound of those strings diminishes. This will loosen the pressure on the sensor.

What batteries do Taylor Guitars use?

The ES-B is powered by a 6V power supply, featuring two button cell 3V lithium (CR2032) batteries housed in the preamp/tuner com-partment. A new guitar comes with two pre-installed batteries in the compartment. Two new batteries will provide approximately 300 hours of use.
