There are two ways to build reputation with the Aldor: complete quests or do one of three repeatable turn-in quests. These will give you a certain number of reputation points for every turn-in. There are two versions of the repeatable turn-in quests — one to turn in 1 item and one to turn in 10.

Characters may join the Aldor or Scryer by completing the quest chain A’dal and City of Light. Upon completion of City of Light, the Allegiance Quest Allegiance to the Aldor becomes available. Completion of this quest grants friendly with the Aldor, hostile with the Scryers, and access to the Aldor reputation quests.

Today as of 5.1 (after random server restarts) the achievement is now account wide. You also can do it by parts on different characters, i.e. one char being exalted with The Aldor and other with The Scryers.

Mark of Kil’jaeden are the most common of the items you will find that you are able to turn in for reputation with the Aldor. These Marks drop from Cabal mobs in the Bone Wastes of Terokkar Forest and Kil’sorrow mobs in Kil’sorrow Fortress in Nagrand.

Should Warlock go Aldor or Scryer?
@Nefarion – Aldor shoulder enchant is better for PvP only if you’re going SL/SL or UA. Felguard, it’s a personal choice which is “better” (depending on whether you like burst or DoTs more), and Destruction, Scryer is by far superior in any way.
Is Aldor or Scryer better for Warrior?
Shoulder inscription is better for fury warriors. The aldor proc from the SS pendent of might is better – for fury warriors (and probably for Arms too). Scryers? If you are a tank, going scryer is better IMO.
