Mint Chutney sometimes might turn bitter due to a few reasons. If you grind the Chutney for too long in an electric blender the chutney might turn bitter because the essential oils from the mint leaves becomes rancid with too much grinding. Using mint stems in the chutney also makes the chutney bitter.
